(More customer reviews)Purchased the "VR3 7 Stereo DVD Player Dock for Apple Video iPod" for the car. I was not expecting too much just based on the price, I just didn't want to spend a lot on something that my 3 year old was going to likely abuse. The DVD player worked fine but the video was not compatible with iPod 3rd generation nano. Not sure if this was my iPod or the latest version of iTunes that I have. I did contact the vendor for my return and they were very friendly and professional, and they issued my return authorization within a few minutes via email. I return the item the same day that I received it but received my refund 4 weeks later, and only after contacting the vendor again. Seems like a long time for a refund. I would still shop at One Stop Shop based on their initial customer service but would reconsider the item that I bought and maybe buy something that I was sure to keep.
