Easy to use, Easy to install, High quality sound and video! Bluetooth works great! Buying a second unit for my wife's car! ****BEWARE**** I purchased my first unit from Electronics Express, I WILL NOT BE BUYING MY SECOND ONE FROM THEM! Very poor customer service! This unit is supposed to come with the iPOD connect cable. When I received mine the cable was missing. Not a big deal things happen. When I tried to resolve this issue with Electronics Express on TWO seperate occasions both times I was basically told "Oh Well".... Dual Electronics Representative told me over the phone "All Of Our Units Come With This Cable." Dual Electronics sent me the missing iPOD cable at no charge wich is great but Electronics Express should have been the one sending it to me since I purchased it from them. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INCOMPLEAT ITEMS! Thank god for the amazing staff at Dual!
