(More customer reviews)I had a hard time setting up the control. Emailed the supplier and he promptly called back but suggested I return it as he did not know how to set up the control. Then I called Magnavox from the number on the back of the control and the customer service rep said it wasn't set up properly. I knew it was set up properly because I could freeze the TV picture and open and close the DVD drawer. I call Magnavox again and this time I got someone who was helpful and everything works fine now.
