(More customer reviews)Product malfunctioned immediately after it was un-boxed and installed. The CD/DVD drive would not eject but instead emitted a series of ticking noises. The face plate of the drive was also poorly put together, causing it to repeatedly fall off the CD/DVD drive all together. Overall thoughts: Worst Purchase Ever!!! :(
