I waited a couple of days in case it was coming separately, but when it didn't arrive, I notified the seller via Amazon email. The response was prompt: "Sorry, I'll send it right out". I had it in 2 days. The world is not perfect, everybody slips up now and then. It's how you handle the slip that counts. I highly recommend this seller and would buy from them again without hesitation.
