BUT my biggest complaint...have you ever attempted to contact their customer service or support center?
For weeks - dozens of times I have attempted to call them with many of the published numbers. Their 'on-line' crap - I mean chat is never available AND when you take the time to complete their E-mail form it comes back as the submission is UNAVAILABLE! In addition I did not try to contact them using the Canada phone number as I would have to pay for the call.
Folks save yourself the trouble purchase the other competing company's models - at least IF you want to contact them here is an easy bit of advice for you.
Almost ALL the other companys can be reached by dialing 1-800- then just spell out their name. Most of the companys have 7 (seven) letters in their name making up the 7 digit phone number you need to contact them. And most of all - I have always had an actual person answer the phone.
Sorry LG - all you want to do is take peoples money and FORGET THEM.
If you do not like what I said here - contact me. But first try to contact yourself - see how really ugly you are.
