(More customer reviews)This DVD player has a remote - awesome for traveling. The remote doesn't have a power on/off button, but I just taught my 3 year old how to push the power buttons. Even so, if I have to stop the movie while they nap - it defaults to a picture screen.
It has resume play which allows you to start movie back where you stopped it. Trick is, you have to actually hit stop and then turn power off in order for it to work. Awesome feature when you're just going to and from school, grocery or any quick 5 minute trips. You don't have to spend the extra few minutes of start up. Just turn power on and right back to playing. HUGE DEAL!
I couldn't find info on skip resistance, but so far, I've not noticed any skipping while driving.
The headrest mounts are compact, easy and actually fit my car. They are a one strap wrap around and should work with any head rest.
Loading the CD is EASY without having to pull the DVD off of the headrest - it just flips down to load. LOVE IT.
Screen size is great and volume is loud enough.
If you want a dual DVD player that is low maintenance and dummy proof to use - BUY THIS ONE!!
